Returns

Knife Import allows customers to return any item within 30 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must call or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

Returns for any other reason than stated above will not be accepted unless it was approved by return department and issued a RA#.

Return shipping will be paid by customer.

Wrong Address Return

Returns due to wrong address or incomplete address provided by customer will be subject to repaying of shipping charges again. If customer doesn't want the order any more a 25% restocking fee will be deducted, shipping will not be refunded and if a return shipping fee is charged by the shipping company it will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Return to Sender

Orders which are rejected by customer at the time of delivery and are returned to sender will be subject to a 25% restocking fee deduction , shipping will not be refunded and return to sender shipping fee will also be deducted form the refund amount.

Damaged Products

Knife Import works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call us or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim.

If you receive a defective product, save all packaging materials that arrived with your order then contact us no later than 72 hours after receiving such order.

Please email following to open a damage or defective item claim.

1- Photos of the defective item clearly showing damage.
2- Photos of box if the box is torn, damaged or bent.
3- Short video of the item if damage or defect can't be seen in photos.

Defective AirSoft Guns

We do not warranty any airsoft guns that we sell for less than $5.00. All airsoft guns that are over $5.00 are guaranteed to work when they are opened. We cannot offer an extended warranty on any airsoft products because there are too many factors that could cause damage to the guns. The main causes for damage to airsoft guns are the use of poor quality BB’s and paintballs, or simply that the gun was dropped by the end user. In the event that you do receive a gun that is over $5.00 and does not work, please call us or Submit a Support Ticket to inform within 72 hours us of the situation. When we receive your claim we will issue you a RA#, and may request for the gun to be shipped back. If the gun does have a defect we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement gun or refund the shipping charges.


NO RETURN ITEMS

Following items can not be returned, sent back to us for any reason or exchanged for another item. There will be no refunds on following items. Knife Import above return policy does not apply to following items and are non returnable items.
